Village Hotel Warrington

We came for my birthday and it was amazing, card and wine waiting in the room when we arrived. The bed was huuuuuge and so comfy (I’ve ordered the same mattress topper when I got home) my partner loved the L’or coffee machine, he’s asked for one for his birthday 😍 food was gorgeous, staff were so lovely, the bar man even told me about downloading the app to get discount off the beer which was great. Pool lovely as usual, tried the gym this time too and was fab. It’s the second time we’ve been, and would highly recommend. Also pub over the road is excellent.

Good location for us as near to family residence. Clean room, good facilities. Lovely swimming pool although didn’t have time to use it.

This was my first stay at Village Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is just a short, easy walk from the town centre. The pool is a good size and includes a sauna and steam room, which made for a relaxing experience.

Staff upon arrival very pleasant and helpful. Onsite bar and restaurant was a bonus. Room very clean and spacious, bed was extremely comfortable, decent size tv and a nice bathroom. Room nicely decorated and well laid out.

Unfortunately I was there for a friends funeral, but during my stay that evening there was an incident on the front, I helped talk to and guide the ambulance, being first aid trained I helped untill no longer needed. Your staff handled the whole situation amazingly, I am sorry I didn't get any names but they all deserve a pat on the back and more. And for my help they treated my to a drink, I didn't expect that, I was only too happy to help but the gesture was warmly received. Thank you to the staff on that evening.
